The Sixers Could Make Sure James Harden Never Plays Another NBA Game

James Harden is real cocky….everything is about to become “uncomfortable”, he’s performing like an actor for the Chinese, etc, etc.

JAMES HARDEN WILL NEVER PLAY FOR DARYL MOREY AGAIN…..DOES JAMES HARDEN EVEN KNOW THAT IF DARYL MOREY DECIDES THAT HE DOESN’T WANT TO LET HARDEN WIN THIS “You LIED TO ME” NONSENSE,

MOREY COULD STOP HARDEN FROM EVER PLAYING IN THE NBA….AGAIN…..OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL LEAGUE IN THE WORLD

The Sixers franchise can take advantage of a rule within the CBA that reads like this

Language for Withholding Services

“A player who withholds playing services called for by a Player Contract for more than thirty (30) days after the start of the last Season covered by his Player Contract shall be deemed not to have “complet[ed] his Player Contract by rendering the playing services called for thereunder.” Accordingly, such a player shall not be a Veteran Free Agent and shall not be entitled to negotiate or sign a Player Contract with any other professional basketball team unless and until the Team for which the player last played expressly agrees otherwise.”

James Harden being James Harden AGAIN

James Harden throws uo his hands in philly.

Basically, if the Sixers wish to exercise this…..they can basically stop James Harden from playing for any other team for the rest of his career…..

James Harden can sit out the entire season but if he does, the Sixers organization – they can stop him from signing elsewhere after the 2023-24 season ends

Then it would begin all over again and again…..until Harden retires or plays the season he contractually opted-in to play,

once more that’s if the franchise wished to do this. That would be pretty “uncomfortable” for James Harden,

The Sixers can also fine Harden $2,500 for missing 1 practice, $5,000 for missing two practices and $7,500 for each practice after that.

For every exhibition, regular season, play-in &/or playoff game James Harden misses the Sixers can fine him over $389,000

THAT’S $389,000 PER NBA GAME HE REFUSES TO PLAY WITH THE SIXERS

That number is 1/96 of his salary.

I doubt the Sixers would force him to stay with the team until he plays the Contract he signed.

That’s because this would spite the 76ers franchise moving forward and the Philly fans as much as it would James Harden.

That $36 million in cap space is what’s important to clear, so the Sixers can hit free-agency next summer

Tobias Harris and Harden will both be off the books and the Sixers can then hit free-agency and acquire a real superstar to team with Joel Embiid, if Joel knocks off the bullshit.

“Hey, Joel, bro, if the Sixers gave Harden what he wanted, you wouldn’t have the necessary talent to really contend for a ring…This path lasts only one season (2023-24). One season of not pretending to contend, the Sixers can actually acquire the talent to realistically go after a championship”

IF THAT’S NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR JOEL EMBIID, THE MVP CAN GO FUCK HIMSELF FOR BEING

SO SIMPLE MINDED.

But if they wanted to, The Sixers can really screw Harden over and keep him tied up to the effect – he never plays another NBA game – unless it’s in a Sixers uniform.

I’ll tell you this though, I predicted that if Harden wasn’t moved he could cause a situation like with Durant wanting to be moved. That all started with the Harden drama.

I predicted it was possible to do the same thing in regards to Joel Embiid. It’s what Harden wants.

And if if gets it…..Maybe look into doing this and when he finally dresses for the first game, we can all by tickets as close to the floor as possible and fucking hurl 9 volt batteries at his head.

Anyone know Zach Wheeler?
